Pricing & Availability for Cumbria Motorhome Hire

All you need to do is click on the BOOK NOW button, select the dates you wish to hire the motorhome for, the number of nights, which motorhome you prefer, and any optional extras, to see how much your motorhome hire will be.

To book, we ask for a deposit of £150 per week, then the balance is due 6 weeks before the start of your hire date. For bookings made within 6 weeks of your hire start date, the full balance will be payable to confirm your booking.

There is a security/damage deposit of £1,000 to pay by card on the day of hire, which is refunded to you, subject to there not being any damage/claims/fines, within approximately 7 days of returning the motorhome. Please be aware that this may take between 5-7 working days to appear on your statement. The damage deposit for special events and festivals is £1,500.

Christmas and New Year Bookings

Please be aware that motorhome hire bookings cannot start or finish on Christmas Day (25th Dec), Boxing Day (26th Dec) or New Years Day (1st Jan).

Wednesday or Sunday collection/drop-off = £50 per day

Additional named driver = £25pp

Dogs/pets = £25 per pet, per week

European hire = £12 per night, with a minimum of 10 nights. For hires of 21 nights or longer, your EU hire is included in the rate.
